Thanks to my parents, I’ve spent more time in the Canadian Rockies than a boy growing up in Winnipeg had any right to expect. Even though I now live in the godforsaken East, I try to get away to the mountains as often as I can — which is never often enough. This section of my web site describes some of the Rocky Mountain trails I’ve hiked over the years, with whatever photos I have available to share (some are mine, some are my father’s).

This is a personal project, not an objective resource; I don’t dare claim that this is in any way useful or definitive, or that my opinions are anything but subjective. In other words, enjoy, but please don’t rely upon.
